Founded in 1981, Schatz designs and manufactures all of our bearings in our AS9100 Rev D / ISO9001:2015 certified, ITAR registered facility in Poughkeepsie, NY. We are approved to over 1500 Boeing standards as well as possessing a deep knowledge of custom ball bearing solutions.
Specialized Engineering Expertise
Our design and sales engineers all have decades of experience. It’s unlikely you have an application they haven’t seen before. Your support includes analysis: 3D modeling, components & systems, bearing loading, lubrication, noise testing, static and dynamic testing per AS7949, torque testing per MIL-STD-206, durability/skid/wear testing, and customized testing.
